Chris Comins

Chris Comins was born in Australia but now lives and works in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
He makes a selection of blown glass including perfume bottles and vases. These pieces are initially formed hot at the furnace and much of the colouring is done at this stage.
Finishing is either done in the kiln or cold, with diamond tools.
He has exhibited his work widely in the UK and abroad and has twice received grants from the British Crafts Council.
