Terence Millington

Terence Millington was born in Birmingham in 1942.

He studied Painting at Birmingham College of Art and Printmaking in Manchester.

He now lives and works in the West Country.

His multi-plate etchings often follow a theme, usually within the boundaries of still-life or landscape. Each depicted object has its own character and his skill is in identifying and expressing this. The result is a series of highly individual and jewel like images.

He is udoubtedly one of this country’s most accomplished etchers.

His work is featured in numerous private and public collections world wide including those of the Tate Gallery, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Arts Council of Great Britain.
