His mirrors and clocks are made using traditional methods. Julian carves the wood and
then takes it through a long, slow process of applying gesso and boll (a ceramic based pigment) before
finally applying silver and gold leaf. A special burnishing tool is then used to finish the gold leaf.
His ideas are based on classic, gothic and Palladian architecture, making his work timeless.
