Tamsin Gilham

Tamsin Gilham takes inspirations from the shores of Loch Broom near Ullapool where she has her studio. She works with watercolour and inks to create spontaneous colour effects which echo the fleeting weather conditions. Botanical details are applied by transferring ink from specimens of ferns, seaweed and barnacles onto the painting.
