HOW TO PURCHASE
Buying art with us is an easy process. We have an online shop with a selection of pieces which accepts Paypal and all major debit and credit cards.
If the artwork you would like is not on our online shop please email us and we will confirm availability and create a personalised online invoice. Alternatively, phone us for more information on 01463 729512 (from outside the UK - 00 44 1463 729512).
The easiest way to purchase is in person at the Castle Gallery, 43 Castle Street, Inverness, IV2 3DU where our friendly and well-informed staff will be pleased to assist you.
WEBSITE GUIDE
We endeavour to photograph all artworks as accurately as possible but please be aware that they may look slightly different depending on light conditions and your screen display. All measurements are in centimetres - height x width x depth or diameter - and refer to the image size, excluding any frame. An artwork with a red dot indicates that the piece has been sold. We may not have every item on the website in stock but some artworks are available to order.
EXHIBITION PREVIEW SALES
It is lovely to see our wonderful customers in the gallery at our exhibition previews and we therefore give priority to these customers for sales during the first hour of any preview. After that, for those unable to attend in person, works can be purchased directly from our online shop.
DELIVERY
We deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail for smaller items and a courier for larger items. We also deliver internationally using Royal Mail or other reputable couriers and will calculate these costs on an individual basis. All artworks are expertly packed and fully insured. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer credit notes for unsuitable items if they are returned to us in their original state within one month of purchase. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and are redeemable against goods at full retail value.
