David CarterDavid Carter graduated with a degree in microbiology but after experimenting with various art forms became fired up by iron in 1989. He decided to learn the medium through engineering, starting at the very bottom and working his way up to become a skilled industrial metal worker. He now has a large studio forge in Cambridgeshire and enjoys the feeling of ‘doing battle’ with the metal. All the pieces are individually made by him, numbered, signed and dated.
