Fiona WatsonFiona Watson (b.1952) is an artist with a diverse body of work including etching, digital imaging, screenprinting, photography, collage and painting. She is a prominent member of the Glasgow Print Studio and exhibits regularly at the Royal Academy Summer Shows, London.
Her work is characterized by a whimsical, yet sometimes cynical, playfulness. She is interested in Eastern mysticism and symbolism and is fascinated by the patterns, rhythms, forms and colours of nature in a microscopic and macroscopic sense. |
